Description: AutoSpeed is a feature that tries to throttle the bandwidth used by the client when it detects network congestion. This should allow the user to both surf the web while downloading torrents in the back ground. Here we describe the configuration settings and provide information on how users can participate in the beta program to help us improve the algorithm.
