The Azureus code should work with Windows Vista. However, the libraries that Azureus uses may have issues. The following is a list problems and workaround/fixes (if available):


Azureus isn't using the in Aero theme
Replace your JRE with a 1.6, see http://download.java.net/jdk6/binaries/
GUI Issues in general
You can try and replace the swt libraries by downloading the latest stream stable build of swt from eclipse.org and unpack the swt.jar into your azureus directory.
